Treat them like performance gear you want to last. Wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with a mild liquid detergent. Turning them inside out protects the ultra-soft handfeel and the mesh zones, and helps color stay rich. Wash with similar colors; dark shades may release excess dye in the first few cycles. Skip bleach and optical brighteners—both can weaken fibers and irritate skin.
For drying, line dry or lay flat. Heat is the enemy of elastane: it shortens elastic life and can dull softness. If you must use a dryer, choose low heat / delicate, remove promptly, and never overdry. Store clean and fully dry in a cool drawer; lingering moisture causes stale odors no fabric deserves.
