We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You have the right to return any product purchased from Bamboos within 30 days of the delivery date. The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle, inside out, with a mild liquid detergent. Wash with similar colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

We recommend line drying (or flat dry). High heat shortens elastic life and can cause shrinkage. If you must use a dryer, use low heat and remove promptly.

Minimal when you wash cold & line dry. A hot dryer can cause 3–5% shrinkage and reduce stretch recovery.

No. Softeners coat fibers, reducing breathability and moisture-wicking. For softness without buildup, use a ½ cup white vinegar in the rinse occasionally.

Wash inside out, avoid heavy/abrasive loads (towels, denim), don’t overfill the machine, and line dry. A laundry bag helps reduce friction.

Rarely needed. If you do, use low heat and never iron the waistband or printed labels.

No. Dry cleaning isn’t recommended for bamboo-viscose underwear.
