When will I receive my order?

My delivery is missing/late
Write us at support@getbamboos.com with your order number. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and reship or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
What happens if my product gets lost in transit?
If your product happens to get lost during transit, please don't hesitate to contact us atsupport@getbamboos.com. Rest assured, we are committed to promptly addressing the situation and ensuring a swift resolution for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise during shipping!
Will I have to pay import duties?
For deliveries outside of the EU, Bamboos does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods.If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
